All content included in the Product, including but not limited to training videos, automation blueprints, written materials, templates, and the GPT extension, is the intellectual property of HookNeural and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your own business purposes. You may not:

Access to the Live Coaching Community is offered as a bonus to qualifying early buyers and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue community access at our discretion. Community access does not guarantee specific outcomes, response times, or personalized consulting.
The results referenced in our marketing materials (including but not limited to cost-per-lead figures, ROAS numbers, and revenue results) are real results achieved by us and our clients. However, these results are not typical and are not guaranteed. Your results will vary based on your market, experience, effort, and many other factors. The Product provides tools, training, and frameworks. What you do with them is your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HookNeural shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
We may update the Product from time to time, including adding new training, updating blueprints, or modifying features. Lifetime access includes all future updates to the Product at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
