ORT's highest campaign hit 21.62x ROAS on $4,238 spent, generating $91,649 in sales from that ad set alone.
WIHFS was a seasonal product heading into what they expected would be a slow period. From $8K in October to $115K in December.
FR came to us at ground zero. Subscription product. $30 AOV. No campaigns. No subscribers. We took them to $8K MRR. Increased their AOV from $30 to $60 because the research found the right people who bought more. Some of their subscribers now have a lifetime value over $1,000. On a $30 product. That's what happens when you target the right people from day one.

One day I took my wife to the med spa to get her lips done. The doctor asked me what I do. I told her. She asked if I could help her get more patients.
I said probably not. Completely different market. We knew e-commerce. We didn't know medical.

Two days. He ran it himself.
